It ensures decisions are made with clarity instead of guesses, and it allows us to give you our full attention during the planning process.

• A planning consult to understand your vision, priorities, and constraints (we can do this through a questionnaire, zoom, google meet, a phone call or text- you decide)
• Curated location recommendations tailored to you (not a generic list)
• Permit and logistics insight
• A high-level day outline so you can picture how the day flows
• Honest guidance on what will and won’t work for your goals

How it works

1. You book the Planning & Location Discovery step for $650.
2. We guide you through location options that truly fit.
3. Once you’ve chosen a location, you move forward with your elopement package.
4. Your planning deposit is applied toward your final package total.

This approach allows you to move forward confidently, without pressure, and without either of us investing heavily before clarity exists.

It protects your experience and allows us to plan intentionally instead of rushing or guessing. There is no obligation to move forward with a full elopement package after this step. Some couples simply need clarity before making a bigger decision, and that’s okay.
