I found Jenny through a referral from a dear friend, and we are so happy we chose her to shoot our wedding and engagement photos. Jenny is professional and responsive, as well as so relaxed and easy to get along with. She is also a wonderfully creative problem solver, and so accommodating. When rain and thunderstorms threatened to completely cancel our engagement shoot after we had traveled to NC from 3 states away, Jenny drove an hour out of her way to get to an area of southern Virginia where the weather was clear and the scenery beautiful. The results were simply stunning. Not only did Jenny effectively capture the nature of our relationship in numerous candid shots, the quality and editing of the photos was top-notch. We were so happy with them. On our wedding day, Jenny was prompt and again flexible with plans that changed, day-of. She produced so many beautiful photos from getting ready in the morning to finishing the night, and the portraits of my husband and I with Hanging Rock in the background are breathtaking. All of this was achieved in the midst of 38-degree freezing cold weather! I highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for stunning photographs of any kind from someone with a wonderful, friendly, and laid-back personality. I am so thankful to have made a new friend in her!

I first contacted Jenny about photographing my proposal in June. I wanted to capture a surprise proposal to my girlfriend at the Biltmore Estate in December. Fast forward to December, my girlfriend and I are standing on the patio overlooking the lawn and the Biltmore house. I pop the question and Jenny is inconspicuously capturing it all on film. I then clue my now fiancé in on my accomplice and we spend the next hour or so doing a nice engagement photo shoot on the grounds of the Biltmore house. Jenny was a joy to work with and after reviewing the photos she took, I can say she was definitely the right choice. She was just as excited as my fiancé and I were. From the initial meeting, to the engagement shoot, to the wedding itself, Jenny did a phenomenal job through and through! Her pictures captured beautifully our personalities and each precious moment from the day. She was extremely professional and very down to earth. Jenny took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in our pictures before taking breathtaking photographs that fulfilled our wishes to a T. Jenny is a great photographer!!! She took our engagement photos in the fall! We didn’t have a specific site in mind but love the mountains in the fall, so we asked Jenny for ideas and of course she knew all the perfect spots!! On the way she noticed how nice the lighting was, so we pulled over for an impromptu shoot and now we have some of the most amazing photos with a combination of our silhouette with morning light and fog! We have one blown up in our living room and it looks like a work of art! All of the photos she took of us are amazing! We’ve had to postpone our wedding due to COVID19 but Jenny has been so understanding and so easy to work with!! We can’t wait for her to shoot our wedding!!

After scouring the web trying to find the right photographer for what we wanted with our wedding pictures, I came across Jenny's page, and loved her work. We decided to meet her in person and talk about what we wanted, and she was on the same page with us from the very beginning about how we wanted things to look.
